Rick
Hasken began remodeling existing homes in 1982, then built a full
log home in Rockford, IL with a second log home in Algonquin, Illinois.
Subsequent homes were constructed in Freeport, Lena, Winnebago,
Apple Canyon and Forreston. In 1985, Rick Hasken Construction began
building on Lake Carroll and has become a major presence in that
market.
Rick Hasken's carpenters primarily build upper-end homes in Lake Carroll and
Freeport, including Hasken Construction LLC's subdivision, Rolling Hills, located
at the corner of Stephenson and Van Brocklin Roads west of Freeport, Illinois.
The Rolling Hills development features 25 large
two and three acre lots of which 20 are currently sold.

Construction LLC has also completed several commercial projects,
including a retirement complex, dental office, attorney's office,
and a church is currently under construction.
Hasken Construction
LLC has built over 100 homes in Northwest Illinois in 25 years
of business. To ensure high quality workmanship, Rick employs
his own carpenters. Many of these skilled carpenters have worked
for Rick over 10 years.
Laurie Hasken
has always been in the background of the business doing the necessary
paperwork or odd jobs while pursuing her own careers. Laurie has been designing
homes with Hasken Construction LLC full time for 10 years. This has become another selling point for Hasken
Construction LLC - to design and build quality homes with a team
approach and a woman's input, which appeals to many clients. |
